“I dropped off an area rug for cleaning. Front desk staff were very pleasant and clear on timelines and payment options. This poor rug was in such bad shape. I have an elderly dog and i was embarrassed to drop this rug off. They were just so nice as I apologized for it's state. When I picked it up I was thrilled. It was like the day we brought it home! Every pet stain gone! Zero indication on the back. They told me it took 4 times to get it clean (I don't doubt it for a second). I was pleasantly surprised when I was charged as quoted despite the extra work. Very happy!”

“HAS YOUR BASEMENT BECOME A SWIMMING POOL?
Our basement was flooded and the insurance company was not quite sure as to how to deal with the disaster etc. but from the time Bruce (Bravo) arrived, the job was completely handled and organized promptly.
We are very familiar dealing with lots of contractors, but Bravo stands out, in our mind.
Bruce is a consummate professional who has been in the business for decades, and it shows.
We have dealt with contractors numerous times over the years and we appreciate when the contractor has a depth of knowledge and experience.
Would definitely recommend them to any one who wants someone to take the work load and responsibility for bringing your home back to where you can enjoy it again.
